Who qualifies for the SEO plans and discounted redesign?
Your practice must already have a website to qualify for either monthly SEO plan and the discounted redesign offer. Submit your existing website for the free evaluation. These plans are for improving and redesigning an existing site, not launching a first website.
How much do the monthly SEO plans cost?
Essential SEO is $150 per month and includes 5 blog posts and up to 4 page updates each month. Growth SEO is $300 per month and includes 15 blog posts and up to 15 page updates each month. Both include hosting, technical support, local SEO, citation building, technical and on-page SEO, schema, and AI-search readiness.
What does website design cost?
Website design without SEO is $3,000. With an SEO plan, pay $1,500 upfront after approving the free preview. The remaining $1,500 conditional balance is reduced by your paid SEO fees, then any balance left is waived after six completed, paid months. Essential SEO is $150 per month; Growth SEO is $300 per month.
What happens if I leave before six months?
Pay the conditional website balance remaining: $1,500 minus the SEO fees already paid, with a minimum of zero. After three paid months, the balance is $1,050 on Essential or $600 on Growth. After six completed, paid months, any remaining balance is waived on either plan.
Can I take my website when I leave?
Yes. Your website and the custom text and images we develop belong to you. We provide a portable handoff after any applicable balance is settled. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses, identified at handover. SEO-plan hosting ends when the service ends; the site can move to your own hosting.
What is included in a monthly page update?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance for updates to existing pages: up to 4 in Essential SEO or up to 15 in Growth SEO. We agree on the requested edits and scope with your practice. Monthly blog posts are listed separately from that update allowance.
What do you guarantee with PageSpeed?
At handover, we guarantee a Google PageSpeed Insights Performance score of at least 95 out of 100 for the pages, device modes, and final approved configuration documented in the handover. PageSpeed measurements can vary between runs, and later content changes or third-party tools can affect performance.
Will my website be ready for AI search?
Both plans include relevant schema, clear practice information, a sitemap, crawl-access review, and an llms.txt overview to support discovery by search engines and AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. No agency controls whether a platform includes or ranks a website.
Is the website evaluation really free?
Yes. We review your website and send you a report with the issues we find and recommended next steps. You do not need to pay, sign a contract, or hire us for SEO to request the evaluation.
What will my report include?
We review technical issues, mobile usability, performance, content, on-page SEO, and public local-search information. The report explains the findings and prioritizes what to fix. We include the search visibility and keyword rankings we can verify, with their query, location, and check date.
Can you tell me why my website is not getting visitors?
We identify website and search issues that may limit visibility or make inquiries harder. To verify actual traffic, conversion rates, or historical performance, we need your analytics or Search Console data. The initial form does not request passwords or account credentials.
Do you really redesign the site before I pay?
Yes. With your permission, we build a free redesign preview of up to 700 pages. You review how the website looks and how we propose to improve it before paying or signing an SEO contract.
What if I do not like the redesign?
You can choose not to continue. There is no payment or contract required to review the free redesign preview, and there is no obligation to hire PMALink.
When does paid SEO begin?
Only if you are satisfied with the redesigned website and decide to proceed. We agree on the SEO scope, pricing, and contract before beginning paid SEO work.
Can you redesign my existing practice website?
Yes. We can review your current website, retain useful content and brand elements, and plan a redesign around your current goals. Existing page addresses and redirects are part of the migration plan.
Do you work with solo and group practices?
We support solo clinicians, group practices, and mental health organizations. The site structure and search strategy are tailored to your team, services, and locations.
What does local SEO include?
Depending on your practice, it can include Google Business Profile optimization, accurate business listings, location content, technical improvements, and pages that explain your specialties.
How long does SEO take?
SEO develops over time. Your starting website, local competition, and content needs all affect the timeline. We set priorities after an initial review and report progress without promising a particular ranking.
Can I keep my domain and update my own content?
Yes. We plan around your existing domain and discuss an editing setup that suits your team. Domain ownership, content access, and handoff expectations are agreed before the project starts.

You Own What We Build
