The free preview costs nothing to review. Once you approve and proceed with SEO, pay $1,500 for your website. The other $1,500 is a conditional balance, not another upfront charge.
Every paid month reduces that conditional balance by the SEO fee you paid: $150 with Essential or $300 with Growth. Credits cannot reduce it below zero.
After six completed, paid months of continuous SEO service, we waive any conditional balance still remaining on either plan. You may leave without an additional website payment.
Before six months, pay only the remaining conditional balance: $1,500 minus SEO fees already paid. After three months, that is $1,050 with Essential or $600 with Growth.
Your website, custom text, and custom images developed for your practice belong to you. If you leave, we provide a portable handoff after any applicable balance is settled. Third-party stock media, fonts, software, and integrations retain their own licenses; we identify those at handover. Hosting included with SEO ends when that service ends.
Website design without an SEO plan is $3,000 one-time, with no SEO commitment. Monthly SEO is optional. There is no $1,500 monthly website-design fee.

Essential SEO is $150 per month and includes 5 blog posts and up to 4 page updates each month. Growth SEO is $300 per month and includes 15 blog posts and up to 15 page updates each month. Both include hosting, technical support, local SEO, citation building, technical and on-page SEO, schema, and AI-search readiness.
Website design without SEO is $3,000. With an SEO plan, pay $1,500 upfront after approving the free preview. The remaining $1,500 conditional balance is reduced by your paid SEO fees, then any balance left is waived after six completed, paid months. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licenses, identified at handover. SEO-plan hosting ends when the service ends; the site can move to your own hosting.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance for updates to existing pages: up to 4 in Essential SEO or up to 15 in Growth SEO. We agree on the requested edits and scope with your practice. Monthly blog posts are listed separately from that update allowance.
At handover, we guarantee a Google PageSpeed Insights Performance score of at least 95 out of 100 for the pages, device modes, and final approved configuration documented in the handover. PageSpeed measurements can vary between runs, and later content changes or third-party tools can affect performance.
Both plans include relevant schema, clear practice information, a sitemap, crawl-access review, and an llms.txt overview to support discovery by search engines and AI services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. No agency controls whether a platform includes or ranks a website.
Yes. We review your website and send you a report with the issues we find and recommended next steps. You do not need to pay, sign a contract, or hire us for SEO to request the evaluation.
